LOL! why radio channels in dth(after using it) ,I earlier thought it will be fun to get radio(fm) too in dth.but it is BS.I mean ,when we watch TV ,who want to "hear" .anyways ,I get 5FM stations here.including SFM.it is good for Travellers to time pass.not catching up as in bangalore or tamilnadu .(in kerala).:ashamed:

really? it's taken off a big way here in trichur with every shop on the street playing some station, but mostly club and mango. sfm has less pull here prolly cos the programming is more oriented towards south keralites...

Satellite telecast of FM Stations will help only those who cannot access them. In Dubai we are able to listen Suryan FM through Insat 4B, AIR Malayalam also, we listen to these stations regulalry. Specially during late night Suryan FM aires 80's Hits, defenitely those..Gems of Ilaiyaraaja. I have noticed some shops here in UAE, plays Suryan FM Chennai Station, which is received through Insat 4B satellite. Smile

Dear friends,So many villages there is no FM sations. In my Village I have connected seperate speakers with STB. So many times my family is listening songs through DTH. DTH is best for all villages and towns. CAS is best for Cities. My local cable operators are providing 32 channels for 100 Rs. I never seen Star Cricket, Neo cricket and english movie channels in my village. I asked so many times but no use. Now any one can easily get this channels by using DTH.

cant get you?I guess you may be able to get ernakulam FM stations too there(btw mvpa is ekm district)? anyways ,I prefer Hindi songs and these channels got proper combination of malayalam ,hindi songs.channels I meant - mango,clubfm,sfm .sfm in ernakulam is different from trivendrum?true?

I hardly hear FM radio.So ,SFM is meant for Trivendrum?I guess SFM being from SUN will push more tamil into the channel?No Hindi songs available with SFM?(as there is allergic reaction for some people who hates hindi religiously!)
