Share your experience of Excitel in East Delhi

I live in Chandar Vihar/Mandawali area(which is near Laxmi nagar and Preet Vihar) in East Delhi & I am thinking of getting Excitel's 200 mbps plan. Talked to the Sales guy on phone and he told me it would cost Rs. 3540 for 6 months plan(Router will be provided by Excitel peeps on lease). So, I would like to hear y'all opinions on Excitel services in East Delhi like how is the customer care service is, does the wifi gets down regularly and is the router locked down like Airtel's one, etc.

Know people using it in Mayur Vihar I and II; it is OK - there is occasional downtime but the LCO seems to be on top of things.
