Shared IP on BSNL 3G

Is it possible to overcome the hassle of shared IP on BSNL ? I mean I want to download from RS, MU, etc. but I cannot since its a shared IPIS there any solution to this ? is it possible to have the IP changed ?

look for premium link generators for these hosts.Thats what u can do right now as the ip cant be changed

when BSNL launched EVDO services, they had shared IP. But later they have started giving individual IPs. They may do the same for 3G-GSM.
