I just saw the scene again and i can say the sherlock who jumped from ledge is real one!

But as you said chromaniac. .theres indeed a truck just beside the spot where sherlock lands that goes as soon as sherlock hits ground..so maybe what you said maybe correct :P

Yup could be. Also, remember that he had gone to Molly for help. She must have fixed him up with a fake body or somehow Sherlock calculated the fall and survived and later Molly declaring him dead.
 
Yup character of molly had to have some significance!
