Shittiest DTH service in India

I don't think black one is 3D capable, but its HD definetely but Its not HD digital recorder. Previously they supplied black ones with HD connection but changed to white somewhere later last year. My connection is 6 months old and I got white one with white remote..

I have a black colored stb that is hd and 3d capable. no internal storage though. it fucked up the crt it is connected to. the dude had warned me that the hd channels would fry the crt tv tube. my dad does not watch hd channels on it but the picture tube is still fucked up D:

I got annoyed by the fact that they removed my FB post from their FB page without even contacting or emailing me. This kind of service is not expected from a professional service provider. I think they accept the fact that the white hardware is a bad one and they cannot do anything about it.

How can an HD channel fuck up the CRT tube when the input to the CRT TV is going via standard AV cable. The guy is definitely bluffing.

white is the 3D HD box.
The latest they r providing is the 555 SD-HD (black) and 555-B 3D-HD (white)

The d2h boxes are quite slow compared to other dth.Even digital cable speed is faster.The changing channel is the only issue with the boxes.The softwares are okay.They support dolby digital and stuffs and maximum audio feeds compared to other dth.
Tata Sky and Airtel has better PQ and AQ and Hardware compared to d2h, but this does not mean d2h is bad. D2h is totally value for money. Airtel watermark logo sux bigtime
And D2h CC is also good,Quick response with Toll free numbers, twitter + facebook support.

why are they denying so many people for their warranties by lapsing 1 year warranty 1-2 months before ?

in my case i have 2 connections 1 HD and 1 normal , i got HD 2 months before normal and the they interchanged the dates of the 2 and now say the in warranty stb is out of warranty ............what the hell dude

and hen i complained to customer care about this ? now both of my stb are being told out of warranties ..............what the double hell dude?
