Hi, i must eat my own words as to the reliability of YOU broadband. My fiber was snapped 10 days ago and repeated reminders have served no purpose.i did not even get a call for courtesy sake nor an acknowledgement of the problem. i am so frustrated. i have asked them to terminate the connection.

Have you used their service ? Are they good?
I don't want to waste my time getting it if the connection is unstable. There are reviews about it here but I want some latest feedback on them

Dude, never go for You Broadband in Chennai. They have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! VERY VERY IRRESPONSIBLE. They don't care if they lose business. Kept me waiting for a week just to say "We can't provide you connection". 2 more weeks later, I'm STILL waiting to get my deposit back. They take me for a fool. My connection was for Perungudi in Chennai.
If your call is picked by Mr. Parthiban, RUN!! Do yourself a favor and go for some other provider like ACT. Seriously.

This is soooo true. I had the same experience. I wish I'd read this before I applied for a connection. They have cheap ethics. They've decided to make money conning people over the deposit/advance.
