Hello Mr CHARUMATHY VENKATARAMAN,
I am sorry to say but we have had a pathetic service from your authorised Business Partner M/s Sai Vision vittalwadi Pune.
We have following grievances to communicate and would appreciate if any action is taken or else we plan to approach the consumer court.
1. He never came home on calling 10 times to do the sify setup on our second computer [laptop].
2. Even on slightest rain the sify connection goes down.
3. I paid renewly charges on 12th June 2007. Those guys told me that the account would get activated in 1-2 hours time. The guy at the counter misunderstood the plan and took less money from me, within hours another guy from Sai Vision came and collected the remaining money. Even he assured that the account would get activated in 1 hours time. He did not wait to do the necessary setup on our second laptop.
Its 15th June today and till 11:00 clock my account was not renewed. How do we ever rely on sify connection at home.
Me and and my husband will l never recommend sify to anybody specially in Pune Vittalwadi.
