My opinion,Some one did it !My other opinion, She/He did not know what exactly he did !My third opinion ,someone else finally found out what was wrong and was kind enough to fix itMoral of the story,MTNL hai to,....... those guys running the customer care need some tech education, so they can care more !

P.S:-For the past 3 hours I have been getting frequent disconnects.Charkop Exchange Mumbai.Anyone else have frequent disconnects tonight?
