Sites not opening Randomly on MTNL TriBand

Currently working on Blogger, BwT, Slashdot, link-removed, Photobucket and IBF. All working fine. Must be a DNS problem.

Issues In Mumbai.........happened 3 night ago tooMost sites wont open.......I can log ina and Skype and a few sites work.But acces to mail like Yahoo and Gmail are kaput

has anybody facing issues with MTNL tonight??? I'm only able to open www.bol.net.in and other websites are not openin since evenin??
same thing happened with me today at about 7 pm....but it
resolved itself by10pm....i was only able to access mtnl
websites for three hours
i had a similar prob three days back also....i called up 1504 and they made
me change my dns server address

Yup, there was some connectivity problem in Delhi from abt 5:30 PM onwards ..Problem was actually upstream with reliance...MTNL's own network was running fine..

84 ms 19 ms 16 ms 220.227.157.97 -- this was the problem router..was giving 40 to 80 % packet loss
