Awesome reply.............MTNL hai toh sahi hai.......... I guess they would act on it only if some of their babus faces this problem................Customers are many but they have to keep their babus happy.

i sent them same mail again and this time, i added following right at the top:

Dear Sir,

Please pass this message to your technical department as 1504 person is not able to understand this technical problem.


we need more people to send the msg. as now we have confirmation that e-mail are atleast being OPENED.

if they see same msg with same subject it will come to their attention.

pls send [post=102065]this e-mail here[/post], please atleast keep subject same.

My connection too has gone very slow, since yesterday night. I can;t even open Google. At first I thoguht it may be a DNS problem, but the problem is with the MTNL main server. I'm sending the mail too.

Someone might have royally screwed up MTNL's main server. And these babus are still figuring it out where to patch and what to patch :rofl:Hope they come up with a solution soon!!!
