Sites restricted on FTTH

I just randomly wanted to visit bgp.tools but it wasn't loading at all. Tried to change IP and see if it worked but it didn't. Also checked on phone network which is BSNL too and it was loading fine. Then I tried a bunch of bookmarks I have and found that techpowerup.com also isn't loading.

Anyone has any site that you visit regularly that isn't loading or the two I mentioned?

Just checked, add distrowatch.com, tcpipguide.com, Scale of the Universe 2 to the list of not loading too.

On IPv6 these sites are loading faster than IPv4
On IPv4 except techpowerup.com other sites are loading. After using Cloudflare DNS, techpowerup.com is also loading.

The sites are loading fine now. Maybe the issue was temporary and by the time you guys checked it was fine again.

Techpowerup takes time, about 30 seconds to load and I don't remember if it was same years back but from recent memory, it has always been like this.
