Slow download speed.

Hi , I'm using BSNL bb ULD 1425 so i should get 4 mbps speed(Download speed should be around 500kbps) but i'm getting a download speed of only 120kbps.Torrent downloads are not even crossing 70kbps. Even i tried downloading from microsoft server but only 120kbps. What could be the problem.??Does any one experiencing the issue???

You have to talk to exchange or go to exchange and tell your problem...
Same problem happened to me.... i just went to exchange and ask them change the speed port.... they called NIP and change the speed port from 2048 to 4096 kbps(downstream date rate)...

i had same issue like that 1 month ago . my speed goes 20 kbps download seed at 800 plan .. restart modem some time help i complained many time but nthing to be solved ...but at last found solution reinstall window 7 . and i found window loader cause tht problem ,, when i install window loader my speed stuck .. at last i used wat remover now i never losee my speed ..... this thing help me alot ..thank god
