attenuation- 24.5/52.5 upload/ 24.5 and download 52.5 db.Call Bsnl staff. There is line problem.

SNR (down) around 26-28 more the better.Line Attn(down) around 25 if you are 2KM from local exchange the lesser the better.

I am lso experiencing low download speeds.
I use only utorrent.
I get an avg download speed of 145KBps. and the speed could reach 175kBps only if i run two good seeded torrents.

this is the speedtest result without any download

these are several screen shots of my modems settings

1)ADSL Settings

2)ADSL overview

3) adsl overview wth more information

4) ADSL Status page

i dont understand which ip addressshiud i use in the NAT setrtings page , for port forwardng. So, each time i start download, i am using the ip address 117.195.xxx.xxx in the nat page..

Please guide me what should i do.

each time i connect to bsnl , my avg connection speed is minimum 1450kbs, and will be a max of 1750kbps, so i'm expectng a download speed of 170 KBps+.

do i need to give more details?

in your 1st pic ADSL settings enable bitswap.the IP 117.x.x.x is assigned randomly by bsnl so you don't have to set it anywhere.also your line mode is ADSL2 change it to G.Dmt

Thanks Whitestar_999 for the response,

I changed the setting as you said,
enabled bitswap and changed line mode to G.dmt.

the status page now looks like this

Hope this would improve the connection.

Any changes / suggestions on what should i do more?

line attn of 41 is still high.it should be around 30 if you are around 2KM from local exchange & even less if you are nearer to exchange.you should get your line checked by bsnl.
