Finally my problem was solved today. Now getting an snr margin of above 30... Thanks to all of u.
This is what i did (might be helpful to those who are facing same issue):
1. Firstly lodged complaint on 1504.
2. Then lodged complaint on http://mis.bsnl.co.in/pgs/internet/pgwebregn.asp
3. Got a feedback back from 1504, but told them net still not working.
4. They themself marked my complaint as "resolved". So i lodged the complaint again on 1504. It happened to me four times. Every time they marked my complaint as "resolved", i complaint again.
5. Then i lodged a complaint on 12727.
5. A guy came to my home and checked the whole scenerio. He told that line is faulty and it's quite difficult to change it.
6. After 2 days my line was changed and now i'm getting good snr margin.
Today, the guy came again to check the line stats. He told me that my matter was taken very seriously by the technicians, because they got my complaints from so many different level officers
I'll advice not to visit exchange because they dont listen to complaints. Always lodge complaint through phone or internet.
