Slow upload speed on YouTube RTMP stream

you guys getting it all wrong. I am not consuming the content, I am creating live content, basically I have my small channel and I play live games there.

@rohit267 I too meant live streaming. The issue exists in both ways to YouTube strictly.

It doesn't seem like IPv6 issue. There is some nature of throttling from YouTube. Buffering does occur on random videos at source quality. Initially, though could be some render related but it's happening in old videos too. Most won't notice it while watching at fixed HD quality. Throttling is highly noticable during moderate to high bitrate streaming.

This youtube issue is becoming more frustrating day by day. Now again videos are buffering. It seems like they are throttling. After clicking on the video, for a few seconds, it's using the full bandwidth. But after that there is only 10-20kbps usage. Using VPN fixing the issue but it's very frustrating.

@DatGuyPhanindra Funny thing here is that... even when the stream is struggling, I can download that video at the same time using YT app or IDM at full speed.

Speed test is showing full bandwidth but nothing is loading except instagram. Even the steam page is loading very slow.

Bro same problem from october 9 my youtube live bitrate stable on 12k before but last 3 months its throttling 4k to 10k, I tried airtel , jio and vi , fiber also but not working
