Well the only thing good about all this is that the movie, For the first time premieres on Television Under Tata Sky..
For the first time, Showcase premieres a movie that has not been seen on any Indian Television channel! So kudos to TataSky!
And if somebody from this forum who is from TataSky reading this post.. U see how people subscribe to something that's worth and cheap.. Rs.25 is cheap and if it's worth it a lot of people will subscribe to it.. :redface: Likewise If you can make packages user friendly allowing the user's freedom, they will be more happy..
Of course there isn't a need to mention the reduction required in the cost of the packages.
Do think about it.

This is not the first movie to premiere on television before showing it on any channel.
First movie is "Fashion" which is available on dishtv, and also this movie is not shown on any tv channels till now. Its only available on dishtv.

I think my order has gone under the free 12 movie scheme of TS+. Only Rs. 0 deducted!
i think this is going to become a popular trend.
movies that are just out of theaters would go on MoD on DTH.
this way they are going to generate some additional revenues before selling them to a television channel.
and this would also entice customers to avoid hunting for a pirated VCD/DVD from the local market.
i bet dev d would soon be on offer on MoD as well.

In future too i hope in MOD it would be great if TS charges at the Max. Rs. 50/movie.......:thumb:
so it's a risk 
people who want to see a particular movie would still download it or watch it in halls.
