there could be 2 possibilities.. either you didn't configure PF properly or your software firewall in your pc(eg windows firewall) may be blocking.. you need to open ports in the software firewall too!!!

ummi dont think that i didn't configured the PF properlyand yeamy windows firewall is off and Bitdefender is managing the firewall thing

welli tried switching off the bit deffender firewall so there was no firewall activatedand still it didn't worked

just to make sure can you attach a picture of the port forwarding page of your modem/router??
