Go for Xolo brand. Good quality and much cheaper.
You can get decent phone for 6000Rs or so.
Already bought 2 for family and 1 for relative.

10K is a good budget but just below the better budget, so as everybody has suggested Moto G is a good phone.
but if you wish to wait more and still want a decent device at reasonable price, go for any Xolo or micromax Unite 2.

Really depends on what exactly you want from your phone what screen size you want, dual/single sim,camera etc don't buy a phone with features you won't be using if you choose moto g know that it has 16gb storage restriction, moto e has no front camera but the rest of stuff on both motos is pretty good for its price so know your needs and choose wisely.

Forget Samsung in case you don't want to curse yourself 4-5 months down the line. You'll even beg to be able to pick or disconnect a call or to even type a message. Samsung phones lags like a double hell (yeah single hell would still be better than using a samsung budget phone after 6-9 months of purchase).

I would take Moto E eyes closed even if it were to cost twice than a Samsung shit.
