Smartphone under 20k

Though budget is around 20k, would prefer to get something at a much lesser cost as for sure there should be options
Usage
a) Read lot of documents (pdf / doc / ppt / xls)
b ) Basic Browsing
c) Support for leading data storage services, whatsapp
Thats it.
Optional Preferences
a) Huge Battery
b ) Dual Sim
c) Reasonable Storage (1-2 GB of docs might be needed)
d) Android Jellybean
Not required/Dont care

2500 mAh is big for me on a 1 GHz processor and a WVGA screen.. What is a big battery for you? Fk says nexus 4 gives 11 hrs talk time on 2G, If you can talk even half of that on a full battery I would change my name.. screen name

I personally won't prefer karbonn that too A30 (256k for 6 inches? seriously) unless i have a vry strict budget. Iris 505 is actually an upgraded version of iris 501. (Ofcourse just the software side) Which was a budget flagship 5 inch from lava

yes agree that the screen is rather poor. but I guess on a bigger screen, small resolution wouldn't show that badly. plus it would push the processor hard and may leave resources for the apps.
