@bimelds
how do i solve this?
Change Mod to GDMT ( if in AUTO mode or ADSL2 +)
Always mention modem/router model/make in all posts.
Post in concerned forum BSNL/AIRTEL/MTNL etc.

Hi, I have a BSNL 512 kbps unlimited connection. The problem is I never get anything above 200 kbps speed. My SNR margin is 11.5-downstream and 29-upstream. I've tried complaining to BSNL several time but that keep taking down my complaint and never do anything. Can anyone of you guys help? I don't want super speed, I just want what I paid for.

Downstream
Upstream

SNR Margin (dB):

Varies.. 2nd one happened and the connection went down. Now that 4.1 is 4.9 / 5 / 5.1 etc.

After a restart / 10 minutes
