Not surprised. Windows store is basically a big joke.

I remember some 1~2 years back, MS had a competition where you'd submit apps and they'd pay you on the spot! If the app is approved ofcourse.

Had a friend who's microsoft student partnet(MSP) so we got free access to store. In one week, I just found out some good sites and my friend made an basic app to access that site. We made around 20 apps in one month! An each and every app was approved.

Tic tac toe? approved. Wikipedia? approved! app to access google? you-bet-your-sweet-ass approved!

More than a year since I started using Windows Phone, one thing is that an app like youtube or facebook has so many clones and the quality of each is very bad to even look at them.

But again, who complains against an OS which has less than 5% market share
 
I never install cloned/unofficial app of FB for Windows Phone (though official app lacks so many feature :) ).
