Hi all,
I remember several years ago there used to be some sort of connectio-ratio or peer-ratio by which we could rate or know how good ISP's are. The idea is for one 64/128/256/512 kbps/line would be distributed among how many customers and we used to get numbers like 1:16 or 1:32 or even higher. I would like to know what was the correct term for that and do we have a ready-reckoner of what those ratios are as of date ?
