some sites opening tooo slow

some sites are opening too slow like orkut,facebook,speedtest,engadget etcproblem started an hour ago.is anybody else facing problem

yes, same problem here on BSNL an hour or 2 ago it started. looks like a gateway/cabling issue again

i checked my speed from speed.ncr.airtelbroadband.in and it showed 15kbps download speed and 200kbps upload speedso upload speed i snormal

looks like some sites are back to normal (on bsnl) now... orkut, facebook, wikipedia etc...

i changed to open dns and it worked well , i sometimes use VPN services to get rid of slow routing on airtel to foreign servers..

SOLUTION: add airtel micro DNS in ur lan properties, it solved my problemDNS: 4.2.2.2
