Some websites wont load :( and also 1 more problem

hi guys , i am using bsnl broadband 500 plan with wa3002g1 router.i am on wireless.almost all sites are opening but some sites wont open like microsoft.com , lifehacker.com etc... i am trying many ways since many days reading forums but no avail..i even tried changing the router but it was same one only wa3002g1 and the problem was not solvedthese sites open easily at my friends place with same plan and wireless. plz help guys also when i click any download link the download doesnt start imeediately but it takes like 2-3 minutes and when it starts it has already downloaded like 2-3 mb.

Means you tried MTU change and did not work ?

Download FoxyProxy in FF and then click Help.
select Screen shots 16 of them .
