Congress urged to investigate ISPs over user tracking

isp in usa have started deep packet scanning and the same in UK(phorm) to check user surfing habits for ads.

We should rti this whether to see if our own isp is doing this or not.

who siad that?.RTi is for all except mil,j&K,intel agency,company secrets. corporations are not above the govt.

Private companies that come under any regulatory authority also come under the RTI, Airtel being a telecoms operator too comes under the RTI via the TRAI.
