OK then connect it with AV cables and go to the menu Organiser -> User Settings and check the HD (HDMI) video mode is set to a supported mode of TV like 1080p. Tried that?
Do not leave Tata Sky people alone, tell them to send technicians and bring different (NEW) set top box for testing since you just took new connection. I hope they are not giving you old/used/refurbished box right now...
Thanks Vishal Rao and Igloo for your help.
I tried all resolutions, changed Hdmi cable and Tata Sky people tried with other box too. I tried taking my TV to by friends house and connected to his tatasky box. Problem is same.
Then try checking various config options in your TV's menus, like maybe 1080 P versus 1080 I resolutions, or if resolution has been "locked"? Try setting to an "auto" mode - stuff like that?
Try plugging in to different HDMI ports in your TV if it has multiple ports.
Also see if you can update the TV's firmware via USB and/or "reset" the TV with particular button press combo (search online for these)?
I did not find any options to change resolution in TV. I think its taking automatically.
It has 4 HDMI ports and I tried all of them.
I am trying to find firmware for this TV model on internet. Can you guide me in this regard?
