SonyLiv not auto renewing on Rs 799 fiber ott plan

Starting this billing cycle my sonyliv subscription has not auto renewed.
I'm subscribed to Rs 799 fiber ott plan,it shows as active under the yupptv scope settings
Has there been any changes to the ott offered?

It happens sometimes. I guess they count a month as 30 days. So if today is the 31st your subscription will renew the next day.

I had a chat with YuppTV rep. He said it is a technical issue on their end that they are working on. Expected to be resolved in 48 hours

Today I found the issue is on my subscription too when I went to watch ATP Tour live. So I guess it's happening to all subscribers of the OTT plans.

I have premium plan of Rs 999 (+) gst. Sonyliv is not working. It is part of bsnl plan free subscription. It is showing it will auto renew on next March 15. Why.?

For my tata play fiber OTT pack also I got a whatsapp message that sonyLiv is not part of it any more... must be some issue in the deal/contract whatever...

Even for sonyliv via timesprimes it says redeem all codes before 29 Feb, but since benefits/different coupons are refreshed regularly can't link it to ISP based.

But since @vishalrao speculated contract issue i guess that's true given sonyliv issues everywhere.
