Spam Calls from 140 Series Numbers

they make calls and send too much spam.

My Aircel sim is on roaming and as I have not registered for DND service, I am constantly receiving spam calls and messages. I tried calling 1909, but it disconnects automatically.

Can anybody tell me is there any way to register for DND while the SIM card is on roaming?

@x720 Start 0 also failed. It seems I have to go to my home network to activate DND.

Don't know if helpful in the above case but i find the app 'india against spam' really useful in reporting spam and registering compaints.
