Spammers now call and ask you to surrender your Life Insurance Policy?

This text was confusing. I would understand people calling me to buy new policies or renew my existing policies. But surrender?

In any case, I plan to surrender my two policies with them next year. I was promised growth but what I am getting is massive loss on both of them

I expect a few people might have sent out mailers/SMS (Due to bad services or simply rivals)... XYZ company is no good, they did allow me to claim, they have high premiums.. better surrender etc.. And this might have come to their notice & hence a defensive measure.

I guess even if a small percentage of people who were planning to quit , decide to continue - They would have achieved their purpose. You can try reporting this. But not sure if they will have to pay up or can escape saying its a service message.
