If vodafone surrenders B3 in TN, then there wont be any B3 for VIL? or they have renewed it?

They had 10MHz Unliberated spectrum which they surrendered in 2019 itself I think

I think not surrendered, because if surrendered means it will be immediately available.

Rcom has 5Mhz, in TN jio got fresh 10Mhz, 5Mhz will be immediately available and rest spectrum sharing with rcom making it 10Mhz.
