3-4mhz Aircel's expired long ago, few mhz of Tata Docomo , and few mhz airtel already have which got just renewed in our state. So compiling all this they may get 5mhz b3 immediately. If airtel lazy to ask means October only.
But not sure how it will be shared with Jio. I think dot will balance out by giving some kind of spectrum to both. So that all have some new spectrum in hand until October
