In Rajasthan Airtel was already alloted 39050 which is 20MHz away from Jio's 38750 so Jio did Deploy without any issues. Reason for Jio not able to deploy pan india I'll Blame Airtel now

Idk, why jio made 0.2mhz ahead instead of 2330. I think gaurd band or something in between
