I don't know about other area, but I consistently get 20+ Mbps throughout the day and in non-peak hours I get 100+ Mbps.

Near CBS, right next to the site with direct line of sight.
Also, no b5 here confirmed.

I think I should politely walk away from this thread. Peeps here get double digit speed, while speeds here are so bad even Speedtest tells me "Your results can't be shared."

@Tejas01 I am also with you , but only difference for me is most of the time I am on 2g with rare switching to 4g upon multiple airplane modes, and that too only one certain area of my house,
Thanks to their fastest network I am getting 3 to 4 mbps on b3 10 mhz there,
