Speech to text software please recommend

Dragon NaturallySpeaking is definitely the most powerful app out there. But Windows Vista and 7 comes with support for speech to text already I believe.
 
Dragon works best for doctors and lawyers. For regular users, I think W7's inbuilt speech to text is good enough.
 
What's the difference between doctors/lawyers and general users in the context of speech recognition?
 
^ Their profession entails a lot of complicated terminologies which are otherwise hard to type fast. The software is generally tuned to help such folks out with their conversions. Regular users on the other hand use a fairly small vocabulary, which is supported by most trivial speech to text software in the market

Yes. "Nuance - Dragon Naturally Speaking" is a truly professional but a pretty expensive software. for beginners or normal users windows inbuilt could be enough.
