These months I can get upto 1.45mbps max, earlier it was 2.9mbps. This is exactly half of the previous max speed, what else could be the reason other than capping?

I am giving myself the same advice
but it doesn't explain the max 1.45mbps exact. Why does it never touch 1.6 or some other number?
There could be a possibility of speed capping at tower level due to high number of users.
