hi ,Im using mtnl 1mbps plan which is 999,its been 4 month now and im facing speed problems before 4 months speed was all fine 125kb download but now i get speed around 25 ,few sites like youtube and facebook is working fine but when i download something else from any other sites,Im getting speed like 18-30 even in my cellphone,whenever i speedtest.net take a speed test ,sometime i get speed around 1mbps or sometime around 512kbps,what should i do to get back my speed back? 
are they blocking my speed?? because im not getting speed for buffering videos other sites than youtube.where i use to buffer most of the sites easily but now they are not possible or keep on buffering. please help guys.
