Its a sad trend with Sci-fi movies.

the concept is pretty good though.

he is not doing all on his own. tony is mentoring him. and he asks him to prove that he is a superhero without the suit to prove that he is worthy of being an avenger and stuff. the problem is that they have probably revealed the entire storyline. unless of course there is a major twist that is still hidden. like how they did not include superman in the first trailer or justice league. though it is pretty clear that superman would be there even if in a very small part.
