Star News not seen in Sun DTH!

Hello, I am a new member and also bought SUN DTH recently.Though star news appears in the basic package in sundirect website, I do not get it. Can somebody share the channel number or how to tune?Thanks,Bil

Do manual scan you will get it

just do one thing... reset all settings to factory default....star news will be back....

Thanks for the feedback. I updated the OTA software and reset to the factory settings. Now star news is coming in my STB.I tried manual scan option before but I did not know how to do it.Do I need to know the frequency and other details to do manual scan??

No just press menu from u r remote.Go to manual scan if it asks u the password then press 0000.After entering the password now press the middle button.It will automatically scan:thumb:
