Went to CCD once and didn't like their cold coffee Overpriced shit

lol. yeah. it's been long that i had a decent enough cold coffee at any of these chains. it would cost you between 150-180 rupees but would taste like shite. i stick with regular cappuchino if i am stuck at one of these places.

don't know why but competition is almost absent in organized food market. Newer entrants doesn't bring prices down nowadays. Though Pizza space has shown a little bit of fight.

Coffee chain Tata Starbucks today announced the opening of two outlets at the Indira Gandhi International Airport.

While one outlet will be opened at the domestic terminal, another one will be started at the international terminal, Tata Starbucks said in a statement.

We should have a coffee shop suggestion thread. i like coffee but CCD sucks and Costa is a little expensive. There are good local cafe's like The Stolen Coffee Room

CCD sucks. Barista is horrible. Costa is manageable. Never had Starbucks.

the safest bet however is to find a nice south indian restaurant and order filter coffee

I have been trying to get a taste of starbucks from many years now. Their cold ones available at 24x7 isn't that great. Saw one at hong kong airport but the queue was so long i had to give it a pass. I personally prefer costa for their eatables. Their drinks menu confuses me with varied size and maybe not so varying prices.
