I've been to the CP one. And yeah, there are lines outside. We had waited ourselves for about 10-15 minutes.They'll start with ambience for sure, and maybe one on MG Road. Markets like Galleria will get it later...

The BMC teams, while conducting surprise checks at eateries in Bandra last Wednesday, found that the Starbucks outlet on Chapel Road didn't even have the basic licence to conduct business. Officials from the H-West ward found that not only was the outlet allegedly encroaching on public space, it also hadn't acquired the mandatory 'eating house' licence, which needs to be in place even before an eatery is launched.

Must be quite recent, I had visited that Gola Sizzler in August and it wasn't there.

They were distributing free samplers outside

It was pretty much jampacked with hipsters, wannabes and foreigners.
Free Wi-Fi was painful to connect to. Did not try.
