Hi Guys,We are launching a new business in Delhi/NCR and seriously require some genuine/sincere help as I am novice and need to set up an office for 5 sales rep with internet access and Phone sys (where I can monitor activity). All front/back end will be online based so speed and continuous access would be pivotal. Can you please recommend :BBAND:Which Company most reliable and which plan will be the bestPhone:Switchboard/Ext sys which company is the best to go with? Also by any chance can you also recommend any Hosting sites with good bandwith as need to host a site on a dedicated server with load balancing? Many thanks and i sincerely appreciate your help.Regards,Sonny

I don't know about the first two (i.e., broadband and phone), but for hosting, I recommend Media Temple or Hostgator.Hostgator is better if you're looking at low-mid traffic. For high end projects with traffic spikes, you'll want to use Media Temple (MediaTemple.net).

Since its a new business i would recommend Hostgator anyday, since they have a dedicated support team. Don't trust any Indian web hosts, is all i can say. If you want, i can hook you up with massive discounts and special offers on Hostgator, since i am a somewhat successful affiliate there. As for the internet and phone company, none better than Airtel at the moment. Their service both on and off the phone is comparatively much better than the sarkari babu's MTNL or BSNL.

U asked about monitoring the activities of ur employees.

We implemented best solution in our office called iArmor - Total Internet Security.

It generates reports which comprises of

Antivirus
Antispam
URL Filtering
total bandwidth used by the employees,
website seen,
Restrict employees browsing based on web categories.

AIRTEL service would be best in case of quality but BSNL is affordable and will convince u with their quality but no idea on other questions:D
