I already have a static ip and my ip starts from 117.204, but that ip has alot of ping issues and packet drops , can you suggest a good ip range that has less latency

I have 61.0.200.xxx. I live in haryana and getting 75-80 ping on pubg and 115-125 ping on hong kong server in BF1.
