STD calls from delhi to UP west

Can anyone tell me, which operator or does tata offer any facility for unlimited or very cheap calls between delhi and UP west???

in tata indicom prepaid1) pay per call plan has 3rs for 10mins pluse, so effectively 30p per min2) 699 special recharge gives tata to tata local & std unlimited

thanks for the replies guys...heard about a 100 rs or sumthing recharge thing, that gives you unlimited roaming...is it still available, as i was thinking, if this kind of thing is possible, thn i can get 2 local nos n the roaming recharge..

that 100 Rs recharge, no more there, it was 5 yrs old scheme
