Strange Internet Problem

Hey guys .. this is Lavi from Durg , Chhattisgarh ... I have been facing strange internet problem since Sunday,17th August ... My Internet does not work after 5 o clock evening ... I don't know what's wrong ... Phone Line is alright . And It automatically starts working from morning around 7 O clock .. what kinda problem is this ? Is anyone gonna help me?

Probably careless people in your nearby Airtel exchange switching off the DSLAM device while handles the DSL Link. Reported problem to CC?

yeah I lodged a complain at CC.. As usual they say they gonna resolve in 24 hrs.. so what wud be the problem ? Any idea about it?

Bsnl people in my area used to switch off some equipment in my exchange every Saturday afternoon since they had half day and then broadband only came back only on Monday morning around 10 am when they were back in. Complaint to the dgm broadband of the area after a few weeks of observation and no resolution efforts from SDE, problem was solved within same week. Something was wrong with power backup and local linemen used to shut off the damn device as precautionary.
