Stranger Things (Netflix, 2016-2025)

So, is this a good watch lol. Never started it. Would hate to start & leave midway, I don't like it especially when cliffhangers that may not complete.
I am not an avid watcher, so really pick & choose what I would want to watch (My non-youtube, non-cricket consumption is maybe 2-3 hours max per week at the moment), but can change if needed.

Some shows I left midway include Money Heist (2-3 seasons), Gotham (5th season), Blacklist (Around Covid break) , Psych.. So not keen on long commitment. But enough people suggest worth the full 5 seasons, may consider taking a plunge.
 
The show started good with a very good theme. But things didn't go well due to external circumstances but it's still a decent show based on the theme.
 
Funny was not what I had in mind when thinking of watching this.

In the same realm as Gotham, Dark etc.. like serious and sci-fi.
 
But yeah, if not really a great one.. then will give it a skip.. Would think its a 1:1 vote for now :)
 
Apart from the last 4 episodes of the 5th season which are mid, it's a very good show. You should give it a chance. 4th season is top tier. Also the show ends the characters arcs very nicely unlike GOT which made Bran the ruler. 🤬

GoT trauma is so real, that it still pains us GoT watchers. David Benioff and D.B. Weiss left us dry 🥀 🥀 I call it D&Dbullsht
