Very interesting episode. I am guessing they will stretch the trial over the whole season
 
Looking at the bigger picture, what is the point of the show when logan decides a (permanent) successor. How long can they keep the story going.

I see you haven’t seen Prison Break, anything can be kept going if you want it to
 
heh yeah. i have two recent examples... bob hearts abishola... bob has already married abishola so they are now struggling to come up with storylines focused on the married couple. b positive... guy got his kidney from her friend so again the storyline has to focus on their relationship after the donation.

succession of course has a lot of potential to deal with company politics after actual succession. cox has already indicated that they might have two more seasons of the show left. one is already confirmed. popularity means it would easily get renewed again next year. this is probably the most popular show hbo has on the network with widespread acceptance. westworld has a very limited appeal for the masses.
