Suggest a good ISP

I live in R.K. Puram, New Delhi. I'm in need of an ISP with reasonable speeds and fup under 1500 per month. I considered Hathway but CC told me that it is not available here. Criteria for speed is 4mbps+ and for fup 50gb+.

Tbh, what option do you have?

Airtel? No, it won't fit your budget.
MTNL? Might fit your budget, but I'm not sure about fup. Check the 8 Mbps plans.

Local cable operator? Find out.

I've already been suffering from MTNL and I'm not gonna continue it. Leaving Airtel and MNTL, only Reliance is available. The 4 MBPS plan seems good but the reviews are really bad. Is there any chance that I could expect less downtimes and promise speeds. Also, whole of R.K. Puram is without any FTTH service, so no Tikona, Nextra an Hathway.
