well i always wanted a spam option on phones for texts. no phone offer it even today!
The phones which I mentioned has both Calls and SMS blocking inbuilt. I guess most of Samsung phones available do have these features.

You could get entry level andriods for 5k. Micromax A60 for 3-4k n install a no blocking app. Samsung java phones do have number blocking feature but limited to few nos. Say upto 20 nos ...
