Suggest a mobile service provider in Punjab Circle

Hi all! I have a Nokia E63 and been a Vodafone customer. I have shifted to Punjab Circle and need a new mobile phone connection. I need your feedback on these issues:1) Prepaid or Postpaid? What is your opinion? 2) Per Second Billing or not? How much savings does it actually account for? 3) GPRS or EDGE based networks? My phone supports both but frankly, I have only used Wifi because Vodafone's post paid tariffs suck. Plus they are utter idiots so I don't want to deal with them again on that count. 4) Decent SMS packs offers.5) Like it or not but a responsive call centre. We all need to deal with this unavoidable army of morons one day or the other; which one of them is "least worst" or which one doesn't make you want to tear them apart... 6) Quality of the signal bars on your handset including call clarity. Which operator do you prefer. 7) Any other suggestion that you would like to pitch in with your existing operator would be more than welcome! Thanks in advance.
