Go for Pinnacle Internal TV Tuner Card. Excellent clarity. You need to get the right settings to get the best clarity and sound. I am using S video.

basically you need to connect using the AV Cable. The Video Cable (Yellow) needs to be connected to the S-Video of the TV Tuner Card and Audio Cable (Red,White) will go to the speakers for which you need a adapter.
